Our training schedules are thoughtfully designed to support swimmer development across all age groups and program levels. Each schedule reflects the appropriate training volume, intensity, and frequency for the swimmer’s stage in our pathway.

Your new hub for schedules, communication, and team updates
We are beginning an exciting transition to the SportsEngine platform to help streamline how our families and athletes stay connected. As a club that values community, clarity, and athlete development, our goal is to make it easier for you to find what you need, stay informed, and manage your swimmer’s season with confidence.
While we are not fully moved over yet, the SportsEngine app will gradually become the central place for:
- Practice schedules
- Team communication
- Event and meet information
- Payments and registration
- Program updates and reminders
This transition will happen in stages so families can adjust comfortably. For now, we encourage all members to download the app and log in with your KBM/Team Unify account so you’re ready as more features come online.
